1. Cancellation by the Customer
1. Pre-Shipment Cancellation:
- You may request cancellation of your order at any time before the order has been shipped.
- To cancel an order, contact our Customer Support team or submit a cancellation request through your account within the applicable cancellation window.
- If your cancellation is accepted before shipment, a full refund will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.
2. Post-Shipment Cancellation:
- Once an order has been dispatched from our facility, cancellation is not permitted. If you still wish to return the item after delivery, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
3. Cancellation Window:
- For optimal order processing efficiency, cancellation requests should be made as early as possible after placing the order.
- Typically, cancellations received before shipment confirmation are processed automatically. After dispatch, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
2. Cancellation by BLUMA APPLIANCES INDIA PVT LTD
We reserve the right to cancel an order — in whole or in part — at our sole discretion, for any of the following reasons:
- Non-Availability of the Product: If the item you ordered is out of stock or discontinued.
- Pricing Errors: In case of incorrect pricing, typographical errors, or discrepancies in product information.
- Payment Authorization Failure: If your payment cannot be verified or is declined.
- Invalid Address or Non-Serviceable Location: If the shipping address is incomplete or out of our delivery network.
- Fraud Prevention & Security Reasons: If the order appears to be fraudulent, duplicated, or violates our Terms of Service.
- Technical or Operational Restrictions: Any other reason that affects our ability to fulfill your order in a timely or compliant manner.
In such cases, we will notify you via email/SMS and will issue a refund as applicable under our Refund Policy.
3. How Refunds Are Processed for Cancelled Orders
- If you have made a prepaid payment, the refund will be credited to the original payment source once your cancellation is confirmed.
- Refunds will be processed in accordance with the timelines described in our Refund Policy, generally within 7–10 business days of approval.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders cancelled before dispatch, no amount will be collected, and no refund is required.
4. Order Modifications
- Order modifications (such as changes to quantity, model, or delivery address) may not be possible once the order has been placed.
- If modifications are required, please contact our Customer Support immediately. However, fulfillment of modifications is subject to availability and operational feasibility.
