1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return for eligible products within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return and refund:

  • The product must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in the original condition as received.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, warranty cards, tags, labels, and any free promotional items.
  • You must include a copy of the order invoice or proof of purchase with the returned item.

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or partially refunded at our discretion.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our Customer Support Team within 7 days of delivery via email or through the return section on our website.
  2. Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will send return instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  4. Pack the product securely (with all original materials) and ship it to the designated return address.

Important: Retain your shipment tracking information until your return is processed.


3. Inspection & Approval

Upon receipt, our Quality Assurance team will inspect the returned item. We aim to review returns within 3–5 business days of receipt.

  • If the product meets the return criteria, your return will be approved.
  • If the product does not meet the return criteria, the return may be refused or partially refunded, and the product may be returned to you at your cost.

4. Refund Processing

For approved returns:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
  • The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping charges, convenience fees, and COD charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a shipping error or defective product.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns
  • Upon return approval, refunds will be provided via bank transfer, store credit, or other digital refund methods — cash refunds at the point of return will not be issued.
  • You will be contacted to provide accurate refund details.

6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Items returned without original packaging, missing accessories, manuals, tags, or labels.
  • Products returned after the 7-day return window.
  • Perishable goods or consumables once opened (if applicable).
  • Items explicitly marked as non-returnable or non-refundable at the time of purchase.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorised repair.

In such cases, we may reject the return and return the product to you.


7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographs and description of the issue.

We will arrange a return and, after inspection, will either:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a full refund including applicable shipping costs.

8. Return Shipping Costs
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

9. Policy Modifications

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
